Is there an application and administration fee? If so, what are they?

We are slowly removing as people move out or renew.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent online through our LOFT Living Resident Portal or through the LOFT Living app.
Are there additional fees I should expect?
Water and Sewer (Metered) $5 service fee and $20 establishment fee.

How do residents submit maintenance requests?
Service requests are submitted via our resident portal, LOFT.
Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?
Yes –
• No Hot Water
• No Heat: Should it be below 60 degrees outside
• No Air Conditioning: Should it be above 80 degrees outside
• Clogged Toilet: If a 1×1 apartment with only one toilet
• Water Intrusion or Water Leak
• No Power throughout the apartment: You must verify with Jackson EMC there is not a disconnection
• Fire or Life-Threatening Emergency: Please Call 911
• No Hot Water

Is there a technology package at this property? (If yes, what does it include?)
Stratis Smart Home App – This app allows you access to remotely control your front door lock, interior kitchen and bedroom lights.
Xfinity – This will allow you to set up your personal Wi-Fi in your apartment home. You can also download the app once your Wi-Fi is set up to help oversee and manage.
Luxer One – All Packages are delivered to the Luxer One Lockers or Luxer One Package Room.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site? (Include cost if so)
Yes washer and dryers are included. Laundry service is not available.
Is parking available and is it included?
Parking Decal is required.

What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?
Max. 2 pets per apartment home
All pets must be on a leash at all times

The undocumented pet fine is $500.00 per pet

Yes $15 – helps to keep the amenities clean, stocked and repairs completed as needed.
